🏐Format:
Two games to 23 cap at 25 or 45-minutes
4 teams will play each night with scheduled bye weeks
Off teams will ref
In the event of injury or absence competing teams may pull from an off team to avoid forfeit. No outside subs allowed after roster deadline

Format is usually round robin pool play, 2 games to 25 no 3rd, then bracket it’s best of 3. We do have to ref and there is a cash prize for 1st place in both divisions.

Lonely Hours Open Practice
Want to practice specific skills in a controlled environment with similarly skilled athletes? We’re going to host a lonely hours open practice for advanced players to come and work on serve receive passing, hitting, setting, serving and blocking. This is not a facilitated practice it is just for reps in a non-competitive environment. Format will be 40-min of serve and pass butterfly drill progression to full offensive system from serve receive to incorporate passing, hitting and setting all in one drill. 30-minutes of hitting lines with a blocker and rotating setters in for reps. 7-minutes of spot serving. Last 40-minutes play 6v6 or queens depending on how many athletes. Max number is 16, if interested please send us a message with your background and position. Actual date and time TBD depending on interest.
Fall Women's League - Advanced A Level
Interested in playing on a women’s team this fall? We have spots to fill on a team that plays out of Elzie Odom Rec Center in Arlington. We need a setter, two middles and a dedicated DS/Libero. League dates and time TBD - this is solely for recruiting. If interested you must come to an open gym for a proper evaluation and team placement. Dues are $100 and include a team shirt, 6-week season with playoffs and unlimited open gyms during season.
Fall Women's League - Novice/Intermediate B/BB Level
ALL NEW! We are putting together a B/BB/Intermediate level league team this fall at Elzie Odom Rec Center in Arlington. If you need a team, send us a message. We need to fill ALL positions. Come to our weekly open gyms so we can meet you and get you on a team. League dates and times are TBD this is solely for recruiting. Dues are $85, include a team shirt, 6-week season with playoffs and unlimited open gyms during season. - TEAM IS FULL
Women's A/BB+ Mini Tournament
An exciting opportunity to play a few fast paced games in a tournament style competition against other women’s teams. This takes place in Lewisville at USSPT and costs only $10.

Games are usually 2 to 25 in pool and then 2 to 25, 1 to 15 in bracket
Dues are usually around $40-$60
8am check with an 830am start time usually ending around 3-5pm
